Sometimes there are some crazy people driving on the roads without driving licenses, or worse, drink and drive, which can make the road into a bloody battle field. Why do such things happen? This leads to their bad and reckless behavior, which makes the traffic conditions go from bad to worse. It is believed t hat something should be done to improve the whole situation. Then road safety won't be a problem and traffic conditions won't be a bother to us anymore.
